Went to the"Jaggy" every night around midnight when I turned into marti Pellow....love the place, Les and all the bar staff....fantasti....watch out next year!!....MARTI x

have been in santa ponsa many times went in to the jaggy thistle last may 09 for the first time. enjoyed it so much and made so many new friends. now it my local in santa ponsa, looking froward to going back Octobers
Amazing.... a laugh and a hoot is to be had here at a bar that is not only welcoming but so friendly and fun! I have a wicked holiday and met some lovely people at Jaggy Thistle. If you want a great night.... then Jaggy Thistle is the place to be. Open till 4am.... makes it even better! Thank you to all the bar staff and the entertainment staff for making it so welcoming and so much fun!
HARRISON FORD HAS FINALLY FOUND THE LOST ARK,HE FOUND IT IN THE JAGGY THISTLE IN SANTA PONSA.JUST COME BACK FROM A GREAT 2 WEEKS OF GREAT SINGING FROM ALISON,SHE CAN SING ANYTHING YOU ASK FOR,FANTASTIC KAREOKE HOST LES(,GOOD LAUGH.) BAR STAFF FANTASTIC WELL WORTH A VISIT. TONY/JOAN ALIAS(HARRISON).
I had my first holiday abroad and this was certainly the best. The jaggy thistle in Santa Ponsa and the company I had made my holiday. The staff are so friendly and the entertainment was second to non. Although this holiday was October 2007 I only now have discovered the site. I also met two lovely ladies Isabel and Agnus who entertained us every night. I hope Lesley. Jackie and her lovely daughter Zoe, Allison and Les are all doing fine. Would love to come back one day, will have to work on my other half.

The Jaggy Thistle is a Fantastic pub, Lesley ,Allison, n Les, make this a must. we lived in the JDL and always made this the last pub ,just ONE for the road-NEVER, just ONE you meet so many people old and new that you never got home b4 four oclock! So to LESLEY,ALLISON, AND LES see you all in October-Thanks

what can i say, i had a fantastic time in santa ponsa, but the jaggy thislte i felt this year was a dissapointment! my family and i were out las t year adn returned ths year to find that princess claire was not there! my kids were highly dissapointed, but as before charlie does like his ladies so girls do be aware! especially with him being on the beach at a certain time when his new Mrs is grafting hard in the bar! men will be men!! santa ponsa aint the same now!!!
We went to the Jaggy Thistle many times over our holiday, and loved the friendly atmosphere and talented bar staff. They were really helpful and a great laugh- their drinks were well served!!! Helen and Agnes were great, full of banter and good local knowledge too- cheers Charlie!

What a fantastic pub and even more fantastic bar staff, the Jaggy Thistle in santa Ponsa is a must for anyone, great entertainment from Alison Clancy and the best kareoke in the world with Lez, Charlie you are great and thanks for your hospitality i really enjoyed my time in Ponsa AAAA++++++++++++

This is a great pub, i cant stress it enough! i had a brilliant time every nite of the week. Alison was fantastic, she can sing such a wide range of songs that she can please everyone. Does any1 have her E-mail address? i'd like to write to her and tell her how great she was, she really made my holiday!!! Laura xxx
the jaggy is a must place to go in santa ponsa.with scottish barmaids stacey & lesley they make you feel very welcome. alison is just the best singer & will sing anything. les is the king of karoke & really gets the pub going. the barmaids also not bad on karoke. fat sams only a few doors down is the place to eat in santa ponsa cause jim(flipper) is the best chef on the island & the staff are really nice to. from kevin & kelly(tiny tears)xx
Santa Ponsa - Bar after bar after bar!!! So what makes this one stand out above the rest? Stacey and Lesley? Alison? The welcome? The superb singing? Personality behind the bar? Karoake? The fact that you go in once then your drinks, name and where you comne from are all remembered? The answer is yes all of these!!!! Thanx to all of you for a superb time. What is it with this place that when you go in you can never remember how you got home in the morning!!!!!! Only got home last night but had to come to website. The Jaggy Thistle, what a fantastic night out, I have just got back from Santa Ponsa after being there for 7 days for my first ever holiday (May 2006). Santa Ponsa is a must for anyone and The JAGGY THISTLE is a must for anyone in Santa Ponsa. Thank you Charlie for your hospitality and for making me feel so welcome (Oh and thanks for the piss takes lol) and thank you to Lez (The King of Karaoke) and Alison (You are fantasitc). This was my first time in Ponsa with my great friends Darren and Sheila, if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have gone. Can't wait to go back in Sept 2006.

what a great time myself margaret and kirsty had from the 21st of april till the 5th of may its a must for everyone who enjoys good company and a good sing song from the karaoke king les if its not in the book just ask les and he will have it allison what a singer any song is no proplem this woman and the bar staff well what can i say allison and stacey 1st class service and good banter and lesley not a bad singer either 10 out of 10 hope to go back another time lots of best wishes to you all from alan margaret and the birthday girl kirsty xxx
What a ball you can have in this pub Charlie took over from Alex & Sheila, who were a couple of legends, but has kept the atmosphere going big-time. With les & Allison you cant fail to have a great time. Look forward to next time
had a brilliant time at the jaggy thistle.it was my fiftieth birthday when we were there and charlie,leslie,stacie,sally &les really made it extra special. if you want a great meal go to fat sams 50yards down the road which is also owned by charlie ,their chef jim is brilliant ,and they also do great cocktails.
It looked like a fun place - but didn't go in. I think its really, really odd that you'd leave the UK, go to Spain and seek out Scottish, Irish or British theme places (just like at home) instead of enjoying a different culture.
I found it nearly impossible to find true, unpoluted Mallorcan culture.
Good bar. Les and Allison are great entertainment for all ages. Only down side is that Mairi has left, her cocktails were the best ever! Got to sort that out and get her back!
Just want to say i had a great holiday in santa ponsa with my mates. The jaggy was great. leas and alison were such a good laugh, Claire was the best barmaid i have ever seen, dancin singing and servin great laugh. cant wait to see you all again!

The Jaggy Thislte is the best pub in Santa Ponsa, there is a great atmosphere every night and Claire Is a superb bar maid who made me and my family very welcome and entertained us every night, Charlie, les and alison were all good characters in the jaggy too. it is a must for everyone looking for a good night out :-}
what a night or 7 of them fantastic we where made to feel so welcome by everyone being total strangers this was fantastic.alison the singer(from 22:00-00:00) is great and les the karaoke guy(00:00-the early hours)what ca ni say your the man les and last charley and claire the owners love them both to bits cant wait to go back in 2006 WHAT A FANTASTIC PUB AAA+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
The Jaggy really made our holiday - had a fab time every night. Its defo a must for the Scots going to Santa Ponsa!!
