Carnegies is a great place to dance, meet some good people, the food is great, you can dance on the bar, for all of you guys over 40, there is a rumour that prostitution does occur at this club, the ladies only get arrested if caught, the men get to walk, otherwise it is a great place to have fun.

Ok place, but it used to be better.
anyway, the adress is An He Lo, just across the street from Champagne II.
I am interested to know if this pub is at the bottom floor of a residential tower. and if so what is the adress

Visited this recently with a group of friends.
One had his wallet stolen.
The staff on door said it happened all the time ..... beware not worth the hastle.
This joint gets reviewed as 1 not worth it; 2 just ok's; and 1 "a must" but the average is the first rater. Hey, I agree with the first 3--not worth it/just OK, ignore the "a must"--it's not a must at all, unless you're an old white fart, or way +30 something local chick who's been around the foreign block a few times. BUYER BEWARE !
The old folk's home of singles bars...paunchy 40-ish white guys, been-there-done-that locals. You'll regret it the next morning!
If you are a (single or married) Chinese woman over 30, or a (single or married) white guy over 40, this is the place for you!! Being real drunk here helps!!
Drunks (men and women) dancing on the bar on weekends, high drink prices, mainly an older 40+ foreign crowd with money to spend. Real quiet during the week, which is a relief!
Great bar with people dancing on the bar. The crowd is mixed expats and locals. Large veriety of drinks, prices are not low (5 Euro a 0,5 liter beer) but the good atmosphere is worth it. Age is 25+, everybody speaks English. Ladies night on Wednesday. On the weekend and at ladies night packed, so go early.
