Angus steaks, prices are good, decent service for Taipei.
This place just moved (Oct 06) to downtown Taipei, #218 Chang Chun Rd. (where Amaronis used to be). Good food and service, and easier to find than the old location. Recommended.
This place is/was just horrible...poor service/food...and very difficult to find in the first place...JUST NOT WORTH IT!
I have been to many places in Asia/Taipei...The service here was slow...and the food was horrible...I won't be back...Actually, I was with a group of 6, and we all hated it!

A bit hard to find but worth it; the food is excellent, service really friendly. Everything from steak to seafood to burgers and it's cheap, especially by Taipei standards. No complaints and I'm picky!
Cosmo Grill has great food, a DJ on Thursday nights, and live music Fridays. Awesome selection of Tequilas at the bar including lots of brands you won't see anywhere else in Taiwan. It's in a real cool part of town, HsiMenTing, which is sort of like a Chinese Times Square! 7F. No. 77 Wu Chang St. Taipei, 2381-2060.
