Review from robyn beckworth by robyn beckworth
7th september 2006,
The Salisbury has done a 180 degree turn around... Wow! After dining there almost a year ago and having suffered a terrible time i was most pleased to eat there last night. The service was a delight, with extremely efficient waiters tending to my every need and reccommending the most wonderful choices on the menu. With a supremely talented chef at the helm the salisbury is my new place of choice. The recommended wine was easily quaffed and i was very pleased to note that my favourite wine, the barbera d'asti was the vintage of choice ie the 2003, a very keen observation by the management.
After tucking into a delicious roasted rump of norfolk lamb i sipped a well made cup of coffee and loved every mouthful of the cheese cake.
I have decided to take my company members there for our end of month staff lunch. What a treat with the glass sliding roof!!!
Well done salisbury.
