We love the idea of a piano pub. Just be careful of when you visit. We have visited several times a year for the past 10 years. In the early years the piano players didn't change much. It seems over the past three years they keep changing piano players (makes you wonder why?).
Some of the piano players are more risque than the other ones. We have NO problem when songs or jokes have sexual innuendos but when they are blunt and disgusting and then you throw in some cursing the piano player has crossed the line.
Calling beforehand to see whose playing. AVOID GOING when Keith is playing.
And the Guinness flows freely here so try it - it won't be stagnant like other places.
This is a great little pub. The night we were there the place was packed. I led the patrons to the "Lumberjack Song" from Monty Python. The piano player was great!
This is the most Irish/English like Pub iv'e been to since I left England. It's as close to English as you can get without being there.

Best Irish sing-along pub in the state of Texas...one of the best in the nation! Joe twists and perverts your requests...and he know's 'em all...as you toss your peanut shells on the floor (world record for peanut tonnage served...and they keep count)!
