what a beer!! so refreshing in the hot australian sun. very light, fresh and easy to drink. would recomend. not a bad % either not to strong/weak.
now avaliable in the walkabout chain of pubs in the uk.
It's simple... nothing is as fresh or as good as a coldie. It is the king of beers, nothing can match it. The only beers that come close are tooheys extra dry and carlton draught.
i loved carlton draught, crown lager and carlton cold. Cold is refreshing but doesn't have a strong taste. Crowny's are just a sweeter Victoria Bitter and Carlton draught is just the best beer ever made.
Hard to beat it for refreshment. It's not big on taste but that's no sin. Goes down very easily. Lovely.
This beer commits the cardinal sin in beer, that of not even trying to give it character. Totally bland and lifeless, it has the aftertaste of water, and that is assuming that drinking it imparted any flavour in the first placel!
I've had worse-tasting beers, but at least they made an effort. Please avoid this beer and all the bad memories it will entail!
I only drink Carlton Mid strength or Enu Draught as am a Diabetic and i never get Drunk ....
