Boags is the best beer. Cant go out anywhere with out having one. it makes the night pefect, along witha good root
I have tried your lager beer several times at the Outback steak house, I rate this beer as excellent, I do drink beers from all over the world, and yours rates as one of the best I have tasted.
the best beer in whole australia!! unfortunately you wont find it noth of sydney. and even ther you have to look in the fridge with the imported beer...
One of the best Australian beers. Probably slightly better than the other main Tasmanian beer, Cascade Premium.
Boags premium is a great beer. Personally im a fan of darker brews but on a hot summers day nothing beats boags premium. At 40-50$ AUD a box its pricey but shits over most other beers in the price range. It truly is Australias best premium lager. At the moment I'm pissed off my chops on the regular J boags draught. at about 15$ cheaper a case this stuff is great. It was cheaper than VB, new and carlton draught and far superior to all of them. Boags seems to reign supreme in both standard and premium price brackets. Great beer.
Boags Draught is a very easy drinking, smooth tasteing beer.
I took the tour of the boags brewery in Launceston Tasmania, And ive been hooked on Boags ever since.
Arguably the best beer in Australia.
Head and shoulders above Cascade , Carlton , VB
Crown Lager, Tooheys, XXXX,.
And on par with Hahn premium, and Coopers pale.

I think all the "Best Beer in the World" brigade are a fair ways off the mark, but certainly in the running for best beer in Australia. Fresh, crisp and absolutely gorgeous when served cold on a hot sunny day. Can be a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for.
Agree with everything others have written except one critical element...the cost...I do not know where the beer can be purchased for AUD$3.50 because I could only buy it for AUD $6.00 per 330ml stubbie in Mooloolaba.
Have travelled the world in search of the word's best beer and there is only one (Boags Premium). Great hoppy taste, crisp, best consumed from an ice-cold glass too. Desperate to get regular supplies into Amsterdam. Can get from Cocoa Outback pub in Rembrandtsplein though.
Krause, get your head out of your Krarse. I bet you're just one of those naysayers that thinks they're being an individual for going against the flow. No WAY can this beer be heckled. James Boags Premium, voted best beer in the world for a reason.
Boag's Draught is one good drop! Now Nowhere in Australia can you find a great beer and at a resonable price too!
Victoria Bitter is too heavy and Melbourne Bitter makes a bloke runny. I have had Crown but you cannot compare the overall taste of J.Boag & sons B" Draught there is no beer in Australia in my opinion that has a taste and one overall that's uncommonly unique!

I give Boags draught my vote because of the crisp full body flavour and not heavly bodied its a legend that continues good on ya!
Premium lager is probably the best lager in Australia, the best I've tasted so far at least.

If you haven't tried it i wouyld strongly advise you to get down to Tassie and try it.. it is a great experience...

A low quality beer. Sales based purely on arrogant/yuppie styled marketing. Dislike the fact that it is a family company meaning the snotty nose son is making money of his Fathers hard work.

This is possibly my favorite draught beer from Australia. Definitely a step above all of the regular and most of the premium aussie beers including carlton crown etc.
