Duvel is like syrup, one of the worst beers I have ever sampled. Not something to be drunk for pleasure but great as a paint stripper !
Wow, tried Duvel for the first time last night - unbelievable beer. Tastes great and gets you hammered - what more do you want in life?

I have searched far and wide for a beer like this! Duvel is more than good; DUVEL IS GOD! Drinking Duvel is like drinking Diamonds. There is no such thing as too much Duvel.
Duvel is very similar to Leffe Blonde except a little more carbonated and fruity. I've tasted more than a few beers and Duvel is in a class of its own. Be warned: one is enough for a nice buzz.
I think Duvel is without a doubt the best tasting beer I have ever tasted. I am 54 y/o and I have sampled thousands of beers in my lifetime and Duvel is awesome. I can't buy Duvel in Tennessee but every year I go to South Florida to visit friends for about a week bnd when I am there I consume as much as I can affiord. I have tried to bring a case or two back but I find myself giving people a taste on my drive back up to TN and when I get home all I have is a couple of beers.
whilst on holiday in Belgium I tasted one of the best beers in the world - DUVEL!

Smooth taste with a very slightly bitter bite, this is to enjoy in a good glass - and at 9% certainly not a session beer :-)
My favourite beer in the world, but emminently dangerous to go with it!
If I'm going to have one I make it the last beer of the night because any more beer after it would just leave me flailing around on the floor!
Most definately, the best beer in the World! No one can come even close. It's so good, it should be forbidden.
This is up there with Delerium Tremens as the best in the world. Liquid gold.
