My favorite beer in Brazil and they always served it ice cold. I have never been able to find it in the US.
When I was in Rio back in 1988 I drank this beer and it was awesome. I have been looking for it in the us , but no luck. I wish Someone had it here in the us. It is quite delicious.
Antarctica is nothing more than a thin tasteless hop beer.
Every beer - even lousy one - tastes better if you
drink it ice cold in the 40 degrees heat.
simply the best beer we found in Brazil for an entire month.
they put it in a cold cold freezer, and when it came out it have little chunks of ice in the top, therefore also making the beer below more alcoholic. anyone know where i can get a T-shirt??
Antarctica is on the top of my list of favorite beers. I always keep my eye out in New Orleans stores hoping that one day it will be exported.
Fantastic cold. I had mine in south Guyana and we drank the place dry. Great change from the local Banks brew.
Bahh, don't drink if you're in the estado de bahia. I was told they use the different water. Especially if you drink it out of tins. First time i regret a beer!
It's a flavorful lighter tasting beer. It was my favorite of Brasilian beers. It's a good beer to drink on a hot day...its actually quite thirst quenching. A nice change to what I was used to in a lighter beer. It's a pilsener by the way.
