If you like a dry beer then the widely available Zagorka should please you. Though i preferred bottled to draught as the draught could be a little hit and miss. there was also a very nice dark beer but i can't remember its name.
You can not visit another country and only drink imported beer. That Is Rude !!!.. The local beer in Bulgarias best coastal city is ok for local. I drank it cause of the price, nothing else... In 2003 you could still get one for 80 cents US in some bars.
