According to CTV.ca, the actor in the commercials has been busted for kiddie porn.

I suspect the commercials will be changed soon.
Bugger off the lot of you. Develop a sense of humour. You are the first to have carried on in such an immature fashion about such a trivial thing. Grow up.
Hello Neil;
You seem to be quite happy that Scots are portrayed as screaming, obnoxious louts wearing kilts. Well I for one and many of my friends here at the Scottish Club don't take kindly to it at all. Do you have any Scots in your background? Did your father, uncle, brother, fight and die wearing the Kilt? Well I do. Lighten up you say. There is NO OTHER nationality that would endure this kind of cultural harassment. I do object.
We like Keith's beer but we do not like the Keith commercials.
This great beer is brewed in a province of nove scotia bursting with scottish and irish history. Nova Scotia aka new scotland is not airing "racial adds" on tv. They are airing adds that the nova scotian population relate to and find amusing. until i viewed this site i had never heard a negative comment about keiths adds. Some people have to lighten up. Its a harmless ad campaign. I live in Nova Scotia and if they adds were in fact racist they wouldn't be aired.
As A proud Scot with a proud Scottish family I must protest the crude portrayal of Scottish beer drinkers in your recent set of comercials. The Scot in the kilt leaves no doubt that Scots are raving lout who shout and rave ad nauseum to make a point about your beer. You have a great product but must you paint Scots around the world as screaming, ignorant louts. As a member of the Scottish club here, I must ask you to cease and desist from anymore racial profiling of we Scots.
If you tried this approach with any other race you would be in rather deep water. I will await your reply.
