clear creek by schoop
mountain crest beer tastes like old milwaukee with about half a cup of sugar mixed in it ...nasty,, but that clear creek ice is freakin tasty i bought a case for $9.39 thinking i would probably have to choke it down..but it was super clean and smooth i was pleasantly surprised and i would totally tap that minhas chick
I've been a beer drinker for many years, and am never afraid to try something new. I prefer premium Belgian, Czech, and German beers, but in today's economy, who can drink that stuff all the time? As an experiment, I bought some Mountain Crest at Trader Joe's based mostly on it's price, and the fact that Trader's has a reputation for selling some decent under-the-radar products (ie. Charles Shaw wines, etc). Anyway, I tried this stuff and was seriously impressed with the quality consideinring the price-point. Yeah, it's no Stella Artois, but I would say it tastes better than typical American offerings costing nearly twice as much (Budweiser, Miller, Coors, etc). So, if you are looking for more of a staple variety beer for drinking in volume, this stuff is worth checking out. Just make sure to treat yourself to the good stuff every now and then!

the worst beer ever brewed.... i could drink a can of labatt blue, piss it into a bottle and it would still be better than this crap. and its falsely marketed by a crook who brews the beer in wisconsin and calls it canadian. a mix of creamed corn and cat urine describes the taste and even the pour is awful.
This beer is amazingly great in every way! True, it is brewed here in Wisconsin, but without the Canadian element, there NEVER would be such a high quality beer for such a cheap price. The US model is CHEAP in every way, and many US beers stink as a result. I salute the Minhas family for insuring the 2nd oldest brewery in the United States continues to produce one of the best beers on the continent & for such a low price. Benjamin Franklin would be proud!
DAMN GOOD BEER, is the best. The rest of you are full of yourself go pay pay extra for albel losers.. the rest of us will continue to drink real beer..
Damn Good Beer!! I love it and I will never drink anything else again.
The Huber Brewery in Monroe WI has always been known for great beer, so when I noticed Mountain Creek was made by them, I had to try it. It's right up there near the great Berghoffs and Augsburgers. It's not quite there, but at less than 1/3 the price, who cares?
Simple and Straight, DAMN GOOD BEER at a good price. Why is it because the beer is set at a reasonsable price is it assumed to bad beer, if you knew something about beer you would know Crest Is the best!
Inoffensive, cheap beer. Great price!!!!!
This beer is horrible! I got the runs for two days from drinking this crap. And how about the "little beer from Calgary story"? This stuff is made in WISCONSON, USA and imported into Canada...some Canadian beer!! What a load of dung!!!! ID never drink another one if they gave it away!!!!!
Dam good sayes it .............not sure how or what happened .........but when crest first come out i thought it stunck but i'm possative as what i'd call a beer connasuier, that you at some time changed your beer because the stuff is great. Refreshing and crisp... A touch light but thats nice when you drink beer like we do .( oops) " i do" i like full bodie stouts at the right times .....but...crest i can drink all the time, and i will be. .............keep up the good work please.............p.s. don't raise the price eithera
never tried it but i think i know the difference between a good value beer versus an expensive quality beer
i buy the canadian version of old millwaukee for the house and drink the Harp, BASS, Keiths or Guiness at the pub.
I guess what I'm wondering is ... last beer of your life, is it a Mountain Crest or an OleMill?

I've heard alot of bad things about this beer so one day i decided to try it. I found that this is some of the BEST BEER EVER!!!! now it is the only beer i will buy.
You guys have been pulling too hard on the old pipe! Mountain Crest is a cheep and dirty beer that tastes and smells terrible. If you enjoy beer don’t waist you r money on this if your looking to jest get drunk there are cheaper, less repulsive, alternatives.
How do we find these guys on the web?
Great beer especially for the (low) price. Rock on...
Crisp and clear, full bodied taste. Holds it's own against any beer I've had before.
