I quite like Krusouice and wish we could get it on draught over here. Staropramen is my favourite though. with Pillsner Urquell a close second. Budvar is pretty neat as well.
Gambrinus nicest of Budvar, Krusovice, Pilsner Urquell in Prague bars & restaurants that we tried. Not as bitter and a slightly more malty taste and cheaper too. Staropramen in UK is too bitter for me - wish Gambrinus was widely available on tap.
best lager beer i ever had. elegant, refreshing, nice colour, great taste.
I didn't enjoy this beer as much as the other czech beers, found it a bit too strong for my liking, but was still drinkable, but pilsner urquell, staropramen and budvar beat it any day.
I've been to Czech three times now, and without a doubt, Gambrinus is some of the best Czech has to offer. Better then Krusovice, better then Urquel. The only one that comes close of the major pivovar's is Staropramen.
Great Beer! Budvar and Primator also good but Gambrinus is better
Only Six out of ten!? For my money this wipes the floor with Budvar and Even Pilsner Urquell!
