FAXE - Review from Nigel Eddis

Incredible that anyone can drink this muck, let alone like it. I agree that the one-liter can is a nice touch, but the contents, in my considered opinion, are undrinkable. Quality comes before quantity, surely. Anyway, comparing it favourably to Carlsberg, or to anything else short of actual bilge water, seems ridiculous to me. But as the Romans used to say, de gustibus non est disputandum. Incidentally, the above is based on my sampling of the Faxe Lager, in the white can. A Faxe Amber Ale, in a brown can, has now appeared at my supermarket, but I am afraid to touch it.
