I happened upon this brand accidentally while shopping for wine with my wife. Being of a German family background myself, I figured I should try it. I absolutely love Jever, my favorite brand, nothing like the watered-down brands you find here in the states. I guess you have to search elsewhere to find great quality beers. If you love beer, you owe it to yourself to try it.
I have sampled MANY Germany Beers and the best so far is jever, however you canot buy it in Australia --so the next best Brew --is Bitberger for those who like Pils.this is it! --try it and let me know? Aussi Paul

I love this stuff. When I worked on Cruise Ships, we would get this onboard for the crew. We would drink this like water. I love the stuff and would love to find it in the States (or better yet, move to Europe and enjoy it all the time).
Probably my favorite beer in the world, and believe me I've tried most of them. Just opening the bottle and catching that first whiff of hops sends a chill down my spine. You won't find a better pilsner anywhere, period.
very special beer. In Germany it is called the spicy ( würzig) Beer. Does anyone know how Ican find it in UK?
