Schnieder Weis is a rich bold smoky taste that quenches the pallet after a good meal. I was introduced to Schnieder Weis by my brother, who is a bartender, and a good one at that. I did'nt like that it was $9.00 a bottle at his restaurant but what ever it was worth every penny. I give Schnieder Weis a rating of ten just for its aromatic features and body. It holds a great head even when you put a wedge of lemon in it.
