Jesus's Beer! by Brewer
This is the beer JC drinks when he ventures down from the heavens for a cold one! I am an Augustiner fan. Always said it was the best in Germany...now, I say it is the best in Munich. Tegernseer is, maybe, the best (although in Bavaria and parts of Franconia, I don't want to limit one beer to such a position).
This beer, however, is unreal! An add, golden-yellow color, perfectly clear that just melts like butter when it hits the tongue and then whirls itself down your throat, sumersaulting and twisting and turning until it lands playfully and unnoticed in your gut. We downed 18 of them in about 90 minutes and not a shade of a buzz! Just really, really happy and amazed!!!
This is the most inside beer in Munich, and also the best beer I have ever, and probably will ever drink. It is hardly available outside southern Bavaria, but it is not only good because it is rare - it is simple perfection of beer brewing. The taste is ludicrously nice and refreshing, the aroma is tender and clear, the colour golden and translucent; of course it is brewed according to the German purity laws.
