Banks Premium Beer by Dxer
As others have mentioned below, this is the best beer I have had thus far. It beats "Carib" by miles. If you visit Guyana you have to try this. If flying into Georgetown you'll pass the brewery on the way to the city (abt. 45 minute ride). Enjoy the raw smell of the molassis (likely from the rum processing there as well). The alcohol content must a bit higher than US standards (the bottles are 10 oz, not 12oz)- we measured it by volume during our trip. Voted "best beer in the Carribean" & you'll discover why. Enjoy.
Best beer ever. Just perfect on the balcony watching the turtles and listening to the waves roll in. Anybody in the UK who can get this imported, let us know!!!!
One of my ARMY buddys is from guyana. He brought some back one time, and after drinking one I had to have another, and another. This beer is so refreshing, I would love to have one right now. PLEASE SOMEONE IMPORT IT TO THE US.
