Definite seafood complimentor, stringy stuff floating
around within, yeast I guess? Tastes well served cold
and has texture, one of a kind.
One of the best pilsners. EFFERVESCENT ! Clean, an understated sophisticatedness....very Japanese, in that sense. Should be drunk COLD, like the region from which this delightful beer hails.
I agree with the other reviewer who pointed to this beer's compatibility with sushi, tempura, etc. One of the greatest culinary delights.
Smooth and taste quite like Bud.
Nice refreshing beer with nice golden color, not bitter with a 5.5% content. Brewed in Hokkiado in northern Japan. At it's best when served with a Japanese meal, with sushi or tempura. Modestly priced and highly recommended.
