Nothing like a cold Heineken!!
Really quite pissy... and trust me, just about every Dutchman would agree. The reason it's sold so much is its unbelievably aggressive marketing strategy.
The only two reasons I can think of (besides the one mentioned) why people find it drinkable, are 1) they have no taste or 2) they come from a counrty where beer is either not available or hugely expensive, or generally poop-flavoured.
Seriously good for the warmer days, parties and on the beach..though the original Dutch Hertog Jan beats everything!
Good, however there are better ones, like Hertog Jan. Original Dutch tastes better then the exports though. Biggest problem with it that you're "full" after 7 or 8 bottles (just doesn't fit in anymore...not drunk or anything) while other ones you can drink all night without this problem.
Pretty poor by anyones standards. Better than Carling, thats the nicest thing that can be said about it.
This is tha greatest beer ever. It is my favorite. I drank it in parga in Greece every day
Nothing special. Well marketed, a huge well known brand.
The beer I judge others by. Many 'beers' have good flavor but depart from the true beer taste. H is a beer's beer.
