I would not worry about how we slurp our beer You have other more important thinks to worry about!!
Just tried this beer ......Very good right out of the Bottle.....
Best lager in Holland, certainly compared with so much overvalued Heineken.
Grolsch has body, a great head, if from the pop top bottles; pressed tops don't hold up well; unpasteurized and full body; makes Heineken, USA version weak, thin and no body....trouble is majority of USA drinkers slurp it from the bottle...might as well use a straw. USA beer drinkers 'out to lunch'!!

and uh.. the Dutch do make good lager.

I spent a week in The Hague and visited both the grolsch brewery and the heineken. They get you so drunk for so cheap, it's awesome. It'll make anyone stick to the Europeans.
Great beer. This is the greatest beer I`ve ever drunk. It has unique taste. Everyone has to try Grolsch
Nice one, specially the Beugel is handy. Pretty common, however it's a special taste... most dutch prever Heineken or Amstel
Pretty average really, eveyone seems to drink it though. I'm yet to find a genuinely good Dutch lager. Considering how close it is to Belgium you'd think they'd be able to do better than this. Mediocre.
This is the best Dutch beer that you will ever drink and that is quite a compliment, as it would put it in for the running of worlds best larger. Top notch stuff and cool bottles as well
