Not since the '80s! by lisfan
WOW, I'm with a lot of the folks here that have commented. Been since the '80s since I had my last one, but it stuck with me. I can still taste and if I find a six-pack somewhere in the U.S. again, I plan to see if the magic is still there!
I love this beer~ theres nothing like an icy cold SP, watching the pacific sun set over the ocean

tru ya! i drink SP lager i think that it is the best beer! my friend has good taste when it comes to beer. cheers paul. heeheehee
its has the ability to quench the thirst unlike the rest (the next day)you up to the day shine
In my opinion SP Lager is the best beer, i've ever drank because it is the only beer my parents allow me to have as i have not turned 18 yet...haha

SP Lager is a great beer, drank heaps while travelling to PNG over a 10 year period. Easy to find though, SP is brewed by a Heinekin Brewery, using Heinekin hops to a Heinekin style, suspect that QA is not up to Heinekin standard, but otherwise, try drinking Heinekin! Nothing quite like a SP Green can at the Pom Yacht club, or the Aviat club or the Lae golf club!
I had this beer in Papua New Guinea (where it is brewed) last month. I liked it too. PFC Triplett, which bar in Nashville has it?
I've never had a better beer, before or since. My last South Pacific was probably the great summer of 1986. Haven't had the beautiful girl or the wonderful beer since. I've run into the girl. The beer is still worth persuing.
i had some south pac lager beer about 4 months ago in nashville at a little bar and haven't been able to find it since. anyone know where to get it? best damn beer i ever had

Agree. I found South Pacific beer in Hawaii in the early 80's and it became my favorite even over the German beers. I have moved around a lot and have not seen it since. If anyone knows where it is available I would like to know. I will be in NZ this sping and will look there.
Yes, South Pacific is also my all time favorite beer and I've been looking for it over ten years. The last source I had was Pacific Imports in Hawaii but they no longer carry it. I've heard that some brewery/distributor in the
Philippines has it. That's all I know. If there is a distributor in California or at least in the USA I would greatly appreciate any help.

I am looking for a distrubution center in omaha nebraska for south pacific lager beef.. It is the best beef i have ever tasted and cant seem to find it anywhere.. could you please let me know where i can get it..
