Star Beer - How to find cold beer in a country with no electricity

*****
being an American, a world traveller, and a beer coonoseuir (sp?) since age 11, i know good beer the most amazing thing about Star beer is that it comes from Sierra Leone, yet is a top-shelf beer anyway, in case you ever find yourself ina country with no electricty, you need to know how to find a cold beer simply, get it from the petrol station they have generators, they have petrol to run the generator and they have money to maintain the generator most pubs and poyo (palm wine) bars do not start their generators until 7 or 7:30pm, then quit at 11 or 11:30pm the freezers are packed and never have a chance to get cold the exceptions are those that are so high-class (foreign-owned) establishments that they can run the generator all day, but then you pay for that service at the petrol station, there is no surcharge and the generators start before 9am and do not shut off till 11pm, so even first thing in the morning the beer is still cold the only other place i am aware of that is not foreign-owned (expensive as all hell), yet has cold beer in the afternoon, when the heat is the worst, is the Celtel Spot in Waterloo and yes, 9.0 is the lowest score Star Beer should have i am tempted to give it a perfect 10 because it is made in the world's poorest, least-developed nation, least-liveable nation under those conditions, they should have a handi-cap when competing with Sam Adams or Beck's, but they do not need the handicap to compete that is the amazing thing
