Are you kidding? this beer has no taste, except the one of beer with a LOT of water!!! try a beer from Belgium, there you will taste something!!!!
Pripps Bla is an average pilsner-type beer of good quality. The guy rated it as 1 is just an inmature wanna-be-exotic kind of guy.
What the hell were those guys thinking when brewing this?? This is a great exampel of the average swedish beer, in other words; it sucks!! The only thing in mind when making beer in Sweden is the amount of alcohol and not the taste. The only thing you can get in an ordinary store is with 3,5%, and it has to be that or 2,8% or even less! Go get a Bitburger or Borsodi instead!
Had it while on a skiing holiday in Sweden, it is fantastic. . .so good I am going to order some from an imported beer shop in London. . .the crate of Pripps will go down very well!
The taste is creamy, refreshing and a lovely taste, one of the best beers aroun in my opinion!!!
Being from Sweden I dont mind this beer to much. From the supermarkets all beer sucks but if bought from the systembalaget then its quite ok.
I have to say though that we could do with a better lager than Pripps bla, need to learn from the Brits, its all good over here really.
I am giving this a 10 for its sheer cheekiness. the cheeky factor being 3.5% and tasting of nothing. if it was not for the fact that i missed my mouth when testing this rubbish stuff. i could almost swear that there was nothing in the can bar defrosted snow. So i will change my mind and rate this as 4. If you ever buy this beer. please dont buy much! There has to be something better out there.
I give it a 4 because it did have alcohol in it, but very little if you buy it at the supermarket, and more at sysem bolaget, the equivalent to government run liquor store. My swedish is appalling so we would mispronounce the name on prurpose to have a little fun and to mock the taste a little. P Rips Blaaah! Tack.. My friends I was with one an Aussie one a Finn, Im a yank myself, and I had a blast in Sweden though visiting relatives and friends and there is good beer there plenty of it. So GetPissed! As they kinda of say in Finnish for cheers. Later happy trails.
