if you don't drink, and you don't mind poor food and hygiene, and you just want some sunshine, Tunisia is still crap, the beers make you ill ,so does the food, the people are a little bit ok but will rob you blind if you let them , I seriously wouldn't go back there if it was free,

Celtia is ok in bottles. Make sure they open it in front of you then you know its not the crap from the pumps. We always take a couple of large bottles of spirits from duty free as the local stuff is shyte. I spend a fortnight on the stuff and I'm always ok waheybleekbleekbleek on it I've never had bad dreams or anything like that frarrp shizitewaheyywaheybigdogs sittingonmyface. Must admit most of the draught can be a bit ropey. Thats why we dont go all inclusive in Tunisia. We did it once and now have agreed to stick with half board if going there. We do go all inclusive but its at the five star concord delux resort in Lara beach Turkey. It is five star so naturally quite pricey. Beer food everything is spot on. I believe you get what you pay for and Tunisia is a cheap holiday in a third world country. Celtia might not be the best but if you fork out for a cold bottle it normally is very drinkable and goes down well when its hot enough to boil a lobster.

Of course Celtia only tastes good served cold, lager should be served cold you muppets, just like sparkling wine or ice cream, just like gravy should be served hot. In a country that hasn't got that many quality products a few bottles of Celtia certainly brightened my day. The draught was good as well.

MMnnn dont know where to start, sometimes the taste aint to bad but after a few it tastes like cats piss. You just drink it coz its lager...ish but just bloats you out with no real effect. Next time try the boukha, tunisian fig brandy.Does wonders especiallyafter a few celtia. So if ya need the kick try boukha.

limited beer choice in tunisia and the cans are too small. celtia is ok if chilled (but then again so is piss)

Loved Tunisia but won't miss Celtia. Had about four bottles a couple nights and then had nightmares and felt depressed the next morning. Partner had the same experience. Definitely a bit dodgy. Glad to back in England having a pint of real ale.

I was shocked at the limited choice of beer/larger in Tunisia, Local barmen tend to force celtia onyou even if you have asked for a Lowenbrau (Where available). As for te beer itself, i found it tasted as if i was watered down and had little or no effect even if large amounts were consumed
My fave beer is Heineken...but I will allways remember the moment I tasted Celtia. And the second, and the third one... :) It was a great pleasure- sure would try it again!

At First I thought the beer was OK, but it became more & more revolting the more I drank it, as it was virtually that or Coke in Tunisia, because of the alcohol I stuck with it. Bud has 10 times the taste of Celtia so I have to disagree.Couldn't get you drunkif you drank a 40 gallon drum of it. Quite simply....Pish

Good tasting lager. especially when cold, a pity it can't be bought in Ireland. Perhaps not as good as Heineken in Ireland, but certainly better than Budweiser or Carlsberg.

Great tasting lager, especially when cold. Better than Carlsberg and Budweiser, though a second behind Heineken. Pity you can't buy this beer in Ireland.

Nasty beer!!!!!! The first one may taste ok but after a couple it isn't nice at all. Your best bet is to have it out of a bottle and not trust anything out of the pumps.
