While on a cruise on the Thompson Celibration earlier this year, as a Boddington fan I was pleased to find them selling Boddingtons on draught. After ordering a pint I found it to be undrinkable. Maybe one of your Reps should take a cruise and check it out. You ask for a rating. My rating is for the normal Pub Beer. Don H

As I was about to say before those dickheads in my ISP cut me off, this is magic stuff, still called "the Cream of Manchester" because the handpull which accounts for 1 % of sales is, following the closure of the Boddies brewery in Strangeways, brewed at Hydes in Moss Side, the other side of the city centre, so they can still use the slogan. The tinned stuff is now brewed in Preston and S. Wales.

I'm not a bitter drinker, but this is cracking stuff! Having said that, if you're ever in Manchester, get on the bitter, don't know whether it's the local water but the lager from all the local breweries (Hydes, Robinsons, Holts etc.) is crap.
