Great Taste by tom crompton
Red trolley was great on tap but not to good out of the bottle. Just returning to the east coast from a company sales meeting and was able to try the beer at the hotel and decided to stop in the brewary. The beer has great flavor with just enough hops. Very drinkable. Wish I could get it in Philadelphia.
Possibly one of the most unpleasant beers I've ever had. I would have sworn it was 30% tequila, based on the flavour. Maybe suitable for smokers with desensitized tastebuds.
Red Trolley is brewed by Karl Strauss Brewery (www.karlstrauss.com). Full, complex flavor with the tiniest hint of bitterness, yet eminently drinkable. Next time you're in southern Cal, try a Red Trolley.
