Salzgasse 13. The Brauhaus im Walfisch has a great atmosphere for dining. This step-gabled inn has black and white timbered facades, which date back to 1626 and more importantly; it serves excellent food with many German specialities, which are often influenced by French cuisine. A main course here would set you back between $13 and $23.
