Delight Gourmet Food Bar, Galway by Eddie Quin
This restaurant (and takeaway) on Upper Abbeygate Street really lives up to its name. Its juices, smoothies, gourmet sandwiches, salads, pastries and desserts are just soooo... delightful! What's more,the prices are very OK and the staff are friendly - especially the lovely Paula!!
Seriously, the best sandwiches in Galway. It's a bit of a pain that the place is so small but the sambos more than make up for it.

This small cafe found at 29 Upper Abbeygate street, serves great coffee; breakfasts; pastries; novel sandwiches; salads and hot dishes. The food is great and the prices are affordable, it's only open Monday to Friday.
