Pinocchio Christchurch - Tacky and poor quality

*
If you like paper tablecloths and tiny serviettes and have low expectations of food quality then this is the place to go.The saturday after Christmas was heaving-waitresses were stressed and the owner looked glum despite having a full house. My veal was surrounded with a thick white floury sauce and the accompanying vegetables were too hard to cut let alone eat. The 'roast potatoes' were tiny pale under-cooked cubes swimming in an inch of oil-I felt sick. A bottle of ordinary rose wine cost about £11-I buy the same for 60p in Cherbourg. Time for this place to be updated out of the 70's as food was not so good then either!
