Tambo - Bury me here!

This is, quite simply, one of the best resaurants I have visited anywhere in the world. The food is fresh and gorgeous (especially the fish, and as for the rabbit... heaven!)and beautifully cooked. The restaurant is feet away from the sea, and the waves break over the rocks while you eat. Just perfect. The house red is lovely, but save a tiny bit of room for a barraquito at the end!
