Really Good Indian! by The Drift Backpackers Hostel Hanoi
The food here is great and really cheap. 50,000 VND ($US 3) for a great curry. Service is pretty good. Right on Truc Bac Lake, nice location. They deliver too if you can't be bothered heading out, but it is well worth it.
