| Bulawayo Travel Guide for backpackers |

| This pleasant city in Zimbabwe, has always been a laid-back, easy-going place as opposed to its sister city, Harari. The streets in Bulawayo are wide and allow enough room for an ox-wagon and team to turn around, and have great rolling dips in them (for drainage), that are great fun to speed through on a rainy day, but maybe that is not really something to advertise on the world wide web, hey? Other than that though, there are other attractions in and around the city, such as the splendid Matopos Hills, where giant boulders balance on others, as if stacked by some great playful being. |
