DAILY BUDGET in CHILE - Living on US$40 a day is a breeze here, some where to place your tired head will cost you in the region of US$9-20 and the grub about US$3-11, but should you camp and cook for yourself, bringing down the cost of survival will be very easy to do. |
| The best time to visit is all the time, but if it is walking and hiking you are after then summer is the best time to visit (Dec-March) If Santiago and Middle Chile are your destination spots then defiantly plan your trip around Spring (September through November) This is when mother nature is at her best. For the ski resorts you would want to go round about (June through August) |
