Chateau de Pau - Visit the Chateau de Pau dating from the 12th Century and steeped in Renaissance history.
Tour de Gaston Phoebus - Built in the 14th Century, is another ‘must see’. This is the site of some of the enormous receptions that were held during the building’s heyday.

Au Fin Gourmet - 24 av. Gaston-Lacoste - situated near the railway station this popular restaurant serves dishes such as marinated codfish with herbs and potatoes, grilled duck liver with peppers and braised stuffed trout. Very ‘local’ and affordable.
Chez Pierre - Rue Louis-Barthour -try their sole braised in wine, fresh salmon braised in a sweet Pyrenean wine or a variety of delicious sausages.
Le Garage - 49 rue Emile-Garet - A bar which serves local and reasonably priced meals.
Le Garage Bar - The Garage is the best place for a garage burger and an exelant pint of guinnes...... oh did i forget the charming ladys.............enjoy

Le Bearnais - 3 rue Lespy - rough and ready with great staff, this is the place to spend an enjoyable night.
Le Caveau - 18 rue Castetnau - laid-back and cool.
At Le Paradis - 11 place du Forail - you’ll find a mix of all ages on the huge dance floor strutting their stuff to the best sounds around.
