a pretty good location, however the manager who lives there is bit nasty. i personally dont think he should be in that environment as he does not wnt to be there! however the owner and the rest of the workers there are really nice and very helpful! it has a nice social stting but the managers room is right next to the common so late nights you have tiptoe around- which is GAY! I also had a few things stolen from my bag, specifically $250. yes not happy! overll rating= average, only becaus the other hostel is apparently even more dodgy

International Youth Hostel - Dormitory accomodations and private double (1 bed - two people) rooms. Hostel is in 101 year old historic converted apartment building; private rooms are in the Guest Haus (116 year old Victorian house) located 5 blocks from hostel. We are 19 blocks east of the Colorado State Capitol Building (the geographic center of the city). Friendly staff, free internet access, computer and wifi both, common room with TV, VCR, etc, common kitchen, free VoIP phone - call all of US and Canada - no charge; good neighborhood; 52 restaurants within 1 mile, shops, coffee shops, local transportation within steps from the door.
