I stayed there for 3 nights in March, 2007. Very good value at 460b/night. The room even has a refrigerator and free coffee. 100% cotton sheet and a maid changed it every day. Just a few minutes walk to Fairy Plaza and a park with a lake.

Very helpfull people. Welcome feeling like being a guest at someones home. You integrate in their family like being a member but more than that, you are treated like a guest. They really want to make you feel you are at a holiday and giving you the information that makes the visit to Thailand even better. Marco

Very clean, cheap guesthouse. Good location. City of Khon Kaen is very cheap and good travel stop on the way to / from Laos. Visa arrangement for Laos or Vietnam possible in less than 30 minutes.
