Pretty good. The staff are great!!!!! Excellent location. It's very clean but the rooms can get a bit cold so ask for an extra blanket (they'll happily bring you 2!) Also the shower is clean but its small and you'll freeze on your return to your room. The owner is a NZ lady and she's really really lovely, the whole team really make you feel like a guest in their own home. You can hang out in the common room and they'll make you coffee and you can watch tv, its a really homey atmosphere.
