Astor's Museum Inn, London - Reviews & Contact Details

I just stayed there a year ago and that was great. I stayed there again last week and the whole staff had changed, now it's the worst place to stay at, the manager is the rudest person I ever seen. I wanted to check-out at 5 but the receptionist was sleeping I had to wait for like 15 minutes ... lucky me, I catched my plane .... Don't go there.

i stayed here from 16/4/05 to 25/4/05 and could not ask for anything better the rooms, showers, toilets and kitchen areas were always very clean. the staff was great, helpful and polite. and it couldn't be in a better locatuion i walked just about every where if your going to london stay here

Everything you could want from an inexpensive hostel. Great West End location, so you can hold onto your pennies and walk to most of the sights and bright lights in London. The staff were friendly and helpful. You should realise that the place is OLD, but for me it was part of the charm, and the French cleaners did an energetic job. Importantly, it was a fun place to visit!

We offer a free lockup service behind reception, lockers under your bed that can fit your backpack or suitcase! Please remember to bring a padlock, but in case you forget, we do have padlocks for sale. Cable TV with satellite and lounge with DVD's, internet access, cooking facilities with crockery and cutlery, hot showers day or night, and no curfew! We also have fax service, pay telephones and phone cards. Rooms range in size from 2 to 12 beds and toilets and showers are outside the rooms on every floor.
