I highly recommend this hostel. The building was pleasant and clean and the staff was friendly. It is in a somewhat remote location, but it is on a couple of key bus lines. They have a spacious kitchen and ample common rooms that are good for making new friends.

Our hostel provides comfortable accommodations centrally located between the island's Gay Head Clay Cliffs, Menemsha Fishing Village, and Oak Bluffs "Ginger Bread" Cottages. Children under 13 pay half price which makes staying at our Hostel a great deal for everyone. The Martha's Vineyard Hostel has a full sized self-service kitchen for those interested in saving a few more dollars. Hostelling International-Martha's Vineyard also has 24 hr. internet access and a lounge for guests to relax after a long day of activities. Free programs are always being offered at the Martha's Vineyard Hostel, ranging from a demonstration of shiatsu massage to an international songfest. We also provide a spacious yard always welcoming a good game of sand volleyball.
