The charm of the backpackers is its sense of community amongst its long termers. With everyone being so friendly and specific folk lore, it becomes more of a home then a hostel. only intended to stay for 1 week ended up staying 1 year. a unique place

I found it difficult to find, there were too many stairs up to my room and the place needed a bit of a refurb but it was centrally located and had a friendly atmosphere.

Very sociable and popular city centre hostel which is why it is busy all year. All the usual facilities and loads more like a large sociable kitchen, seriously strong adult bunk beds, powerful free hot showers 24 hours a day, washer, dryer, drying room, laundry, very cheap & fast internet, lounge bar, piano lounge, TV lounge, sofa lounge (In fact 30% of the hostel is sociable areas!).
