Laluna Hotel and Resort Chiang Rai, Chiang Rai - Reviews & Contact Details

We stayed for two nights and the Hotel arranged for us to retain the room until 20.00 because of a night flght. Staff were helpful and exceedingly efficient. I was disappointed to read the review of 13th April from a visitor in America..What he failed to say was that his soaking from a corporate bonding team was due to Songram - the Thai New Year Festival where celebrations feature water soakings - by pistol or bucket. The whole town joins in over the period 13-15th April, and the Staff of Laluna ensured visitors were informed that 'you will probably end up soaked if you leave the Hotel today!' Most of the Guests enjoyed the experience!!
