We are a brand new hostel, settled down at the charming Santa Teresa. You gonna love this place, here has some of the looks and ways of old Rio. Situated on the top of a hill, it boasts a pleasant climate, the cool atmosphere of houses and gardens on narrow streets and history on every corner. Trip Hostel is located near from Lapa, one of the bests nightlife in Rio, our house is very big, with a cool architecture and a unique 'brazilian pieces' decoration. Transportation is not a problem, a Bus station and Metro station are located just 10 minutes walking from here or we can call a cab for you and much more, our staff is ready to provide you a pleasant stay and a unforgettable TRIP.
Here is the best place for who wants to know Rio spots in leisure but also in culture. All our clients were impressed with Trip Hostel, we as former backpackers know what a hostel need to be flawless.
We have 3 big rooms with 6 beds each and air conditioning, zen room with lots of cushions and a special icebox with really cold beers, professional pool, ping-pong, herb graden with a variety of tropical flowers, solarium with lay chairs and a big shower, big kitchen fully equiped, 3 showers with a strong steam of water(hot water of course) and 3 bathrooms (cleaned every 2 hours), 3 big balconys, home theater (5.1 dolby digital), VoIp and Skype, 1 MB internet & expressos (yeah expressos and capuccinos), triptours (sugarloaf and other turistic points), hiking tours (water falls,rainforest and unexplored wild areas), sailing tours in a 60 feet long sailing boat, adventure sports as hangliding, climbing, rafting, surf and other radical sports. If you want to know Rio beyond beaches and clubs here is the perfect spot for you.

| Very relaxed place. I just fell in love with the house, thatīs for sure. Itīs a beautiful old house, totally renovated and lovely decorated, and surrounded by trees. And finally a hostel with a lot of SPACE (big rooms, terraces)!! They dont have too many beds, so it keeps a more personal touch. I felt at home here, free to relax in all parts of the house (and that is a nice feeling after travelling for a while). I also liked that this hostel is in Santa Teresa, a very nice neighbourhood, authentic, and more quiet (not so much traffic), but still easy to go to other parts in RIo (Lapa nightlife at walking distance). Also the young brazilian owner is a very nice guy and willing to show you all about Rio. Highly recommended! |
