| Aree and Roger do everything to make your stay warm and cozy. The rooms are clean and perfect and the price is worth every baht. The location is excellent, because you are near the day and night bazaar; plus, the old city is also within walking distance. Also, because Aree and Roger live in the building it is very secure. Don't even think twice about staying here. When I return to Chiang Mai in the future, this is the place I will stay. |

| Beautiful place i stayed there 3 nights and loved it, all tho its out of the main city a little its easy to access anything really lovely place,people etc top job guys! |
