Waikiki Beachside Hostel is the largest of the Hawaii hostels. We offer excellent service, facilities and most importantly, a unique and fun atmosphere for exploring Hawaii while meeting new friends from around the world.
We have an outdoor lounge and entertainment area with 3 big 61' screen TVs, disco lights and BBQ area with dining that can seat over 50 people. There are also lots of fun activities sponsered by the hostel like free mai tai and pub crawls, and free hamburger BBQ for the hostel guests to party and meet new people. Additionally, we have 10 high-speed internet-access computers. We can book a variety of tours for affordable rates with special prices for hostel guests and we rent surfboards, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, mopeds, and much more! Each shared room comes equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom, television, telephone, air conditioning, and lanai.
Our location is in Honolulu only 1 block from Waikiki beach, where shops, restaurants, bars, nightlife and major tourist attractions begin at our doorstep. At Waikiki Beachside Hostel, we go above and beyond what any other Hawaii hostels offer; our level of service is unparalleled. it was clean and the staff were very nice. Lots of great people hanging out all the time... but the quiet hours can be a bit of a damper on a fun evening (but nice for the early-to-bed vacationers) Its in a great location, with Waikiki beach in one direction and the park in the other... its just a bit difficult to find, so print up good directions!
