Sezgin's Guesthouse is located 50m from the city center and 120m from the harbour, sand beach. The entire staff speaks fluent English, German and many grew up overseas before returning to work in Turkey, making Sezgin's Guesthouse a favorite place for all types of travelers to Turkey!
Sezgin's Guesthouse has accommodation to suit all needs including 24 rooms with their own private telephone, hot water shower and toilets as well as access to the individual balconies. 15 rooms are with air-conditioning. Single rooms - Double rooms - Triple rooms and 3 Family rooms. Take a splash in our fresh water Swimming Pool, relax at our peaceful botanic garden and get a cold drink at our Bar. Our other facilities include: Free Pick up from bus station and harbour, we accept any kind of credit cards, 24hour Internet access, Laundry service, a comfortable lounge room with satellite TV and DVD-VCD Movies, travel library and book exchange, safety deposit box, rent a bike and car, BBQ, games (Backgammon, Chess, Card Games) “Travelers mentality, Turkish and our Hospitality”

| SEZGİN’S GUESTHOUSE is a family run where you can feel real Turkish hospitality and very safe and comfortable. The staff here are very helpful and welcomes you like part of their own family and go out ab their way to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The rooms are very very large clean and new renowaited and 5 star level maybe ower . The breakfast is Fantastic and Fills. Owner Sezgin ( Mr. Flash ) Mischell English Girl wich she is working at the Guesthouse and Deniz are very kind and orgenise for you everything. BBQ is very nice YAMİ because of the good chef Mr.Fash. very safe place to stay because of location 50m from the main town and 120m from the port . cosy atmosphere, super comfy new beds and in all rooms are Tv,Aircondition ,Kitchen unbelievable rate what there are offering you for this Price , Free İnternet , Dayly English news paper ,satelite tv and home cinema Free Pick up and drop to the Busstation ,the newest Dvd movies , swimming pool and a fantastic botanic garden with chill out bar . And This Go’s To Sezgin (Mr. Flash and Deniz and Mischell : you made us feel right at home in your wonderful way.We had Great time in Kusadasi ,mainly because of you. |

| This Place is lovely and the family that run ıt are even nicer. We extended our stay here because it was so nice. The rooms are spacious and clean.The hostel ın general and the locatıon ıs wıthın 5 mınutes walkıng dıstance of maın shoppıng areas and to the beach. It was a lovely suprise to be in some where so nice exspecially considering how cheap,best hostel ın turkey ı have had so far. Would recommend thıs Guesthouse to those goıng to Kusadasi .Melisa |

| We really enjoyed our stay here at Sezgin Beautiful! Befitting of its name, your hotel is the best palce where we stayed all along our European tour. Sezgin, this guy is really a gem in your hotel! He is such sooo GREAT! He made us feel at home, very accommodating and warm and even offered us to locate all the best sights in and arround Kusadasi: MORE POWER TO YOUR HOTEL AND MOST ESPECIALLY TO DENÄ°Z, we will come back here in our next visit. Nice place ,full recommendation to stay a few days, excellent location, very nice and helpfull staff. cristine |

| It's really out of my expectation! When you arrive at that street, you couldn't imagine there is a such lovely hostel locate there. It's the best hostel that I've seen. Good room (I stayed in single room), Good decoration, Quiet and cleanliness envirnoment, Nice staff, Good breakfast, Good location (all attractions of Kusadasi Town are locate nearby and there is convenience store and night market nearby) and Good value of price too. There is free internet for use and nice swimming pool,Ä° will recommend this hostel to you and will stay there again next time in Kusadasi. |

| . Great place to stay for the welcoming atmosphere, Sezgin and Deniz were great to talk to and provide information. The rooms were very nice and clean. Also, they have the most gynormous pile of DVD movies I've ever seen available for your viewing pleasure, should the fancy strike you. Would definitely stay here again! |
