| La Posada is located in a quiet, forested residential area approximately 3km from the historic centre of Colonia. The small inn is a short walk from the beautiful beach along the Rio de Plata. The inn is recently constructed with 10 nice rooms with private baths, ceiling fans, window screens, and cable TV. A rich breakfast is served on the terrace under a canopy of large native trees.

| This a place we will certainly be back to visit. The place is spotless, quiet (except for the neighbourhood dogs -- a problem everywhere), and the rooms are nice. Ester will make sure that your stay is very pleasant and comfortable. The bus ride into town takes about 1/2 hour or a nice walk will take less than an hour.
