| As the name is stating, our hostel is the perfect place to find new friends and enjoy the time together.
If you decide to visit Bucharest, you have to consider staying with us at “Friends Hostel”.
You will feel the charm of our friendly house, recently renovated and restructured to offer you all the comfort, enjoy a chat with the other travelers in our warm lounge area or cook your favorite meals in our cozy kitchen.
Our lounge is offering you more than 70 TV channels as well as the possibility to enjoy your favorite movies on our DVD player.
The house is centrally located, at walking distance from the center of the city and from the main tourist and leisure destinations:
- Ceausescu’s Palace (Parliament Palace - 15min)
- Historical center of the city (walking streets and museums - 15min)
- Presidential Palace - 5min
- Botanical Garden - 5min
- Cafés and Clubs - 15min
- Restaurants & Terraces - 5min
Our staff will be glad to offer you information about the places to visit in town and also map of the city for your help.
We have 3 mixed dormitories: 2 of 8 places and 1 of 6 places, in total 22 places in Bunk Beds. Everything is new and clean – from the bathrooms to the rooms and kitchen. |

| It is a new place run by crazy woman who guided me around the city with her car for free and tried to help me as much as she could with anything that I needed ( because it is new, they for example dont know other hostels in places where you might want to go; I stayed there for around week and noticed that they are trying to improve), calling me back doesnt minding the time.
Most of the time you will meet there the owners mother (and often also her niece, who speak english) who doesnt speak english very much, but tries hard and if there is a problem with understanding calls the owner. Sometimes she even cooked the breakfast for me :-)
You get free laundry and internet, its deffinetly very good value for the money. |
