The Riverhouse is a family run backpackers set facing the world famous Millenium Stadium and River Taff.
We opened in August 2007 and we have a number of premium facilities that will make us the first choice for your stay in the welsh capital.
The central bus and train stations are just a few minates walk away (closer than any other backpackers) and we cannot be any closer to the buzzing centre of Cardiff.

| I had stayed in other backpackers in Cardiff before and decided to try this new one this time and was happy I did!
This really is the best hostel I have ever been to; great showers, stunning kitchen, owners who actually care (thank you Abi for helping me get to caerphily), very clean (important) and location, location, location.
Feels more like a guesthouse than a hostel - very homely
Even the breakfast was included and it was good too! Also huge television was great for sports.
Thank you Abi and Charlie for my lovely stay - I will be back!

| The best hostel i have been too in a long time. Very clean. Great Showers. Fine dorm rooms. Beautiful clean communal kitchen, help yourself to some fruit and milk etc... kind and helpful hosts. Seriously do not go anywhere else. And directly opposite the stadium! |

| Fantastic place. so clean, comfortable and classy! Owners are friendly, warm, helpful people. Awesome location, kitchen, showers, ect... Only place i will stay in Cardiff! |
