| Free pick up from the airport was fantastic..staff were super helpful with our 3 day/2 night trip to Halong Bay. THe boat was gorgeous and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Rooms were extremeley clean. A+++ to Hanoi Queen Hotel. Will be coming back again!! Thankyou! |

| This hotel was excellent. The location was great, right in the centre of the Old Town. The staff were fantastic and took care of all our trips and transfers. Highly recommended!!!!! |

| Great staff, lovely place to stay close to the lake and the water puppets. Free collection from the airport is very handy and saves a lot of hassles trying to find where you are going in the city. Old Quater and Hano is a great place to stay |

| I loved this place very much!!! Things happened to me in my way to Asia, but they were my Angels in Vietnam! David and his staff were amazing! They arranged to pick me up from the airport, they organized tours for me, helped me get my visas, and most important they CARED about me!! I felt at home. This was very important to me as it was my frist trip to Asia. Excellent location, rooms very clean, amazing staff. It is one of the best hostels I have been!!! I highly recommend it! |

| we enjoyed our stay, the place is easily access, friendly staff,clean and a lot less noisy than other places. We met quite a few malaysians who seem to enjoy their stay too. We wish to thank David and his team for such a wondeful stay in Hanoi. And we were glad that we went to Halong Bay, wonderful place! |

| We arrived in hanoi after 21 hours of flight...but everything had benne set up for our arrival from the airport. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. They provided us a large choice of cheap tours and services (change, tickets...) in their country and helped us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived! We recommand warmly this hotel in the center of the old city. Very nice and clean; Thank you again!!! |

| i am very happy with the service of the hotel staff who are really friendly. The tour packages that were recommended were customized to our budget and needs and timing and we really enjoy every moment of it. Located in the Old Quarter also enables easy access to shopping and entertainment locations. Really a great stay |

| A-Z Queen Hotel in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarters provide comfort and ease in the midst of bustling capitol of Vietnam. We enjoy the stay, the hospitality and the human side of this hotel as well as the city. The trip to Halong Bay is a MUST. Coffee is splendid!!

| Excellent location at the heart of old town, welcoming and lively staff ready to offer tea and bananas at all times. Helpful, if insistent, in advising on and arranging tours to Halong Bay and SaPa. Very helpful in providing showers and looking after baggage when awaiting departure. Recommended. |

| We stayed here for 3 nights and i would really reccomend this place as a base for your stay in Viewtnam. Its very close to all amenities ( 2 min walk ) and the free Airport pick up was a gift. We were able to organise trips with the family who run this place and the one to Haolong Bay was excellent. The place is clean, free internet and helpful in every way.

| Room 102 is filthy, has bedbugs and cockroaches.
The room advertised in their brochure did not exist in their hotel
Reception was really noisy late at night on several occasions
Breakfast was supposed to include eggs - they never seemed to have any
Suspicious of a hotel who asks me to help them get UK based email addresses - fake positive reviews?? |
